All our services are fee-for-service since Nurse Practitioners are unable to bill OHIP as per the Canada Health Act. We provide an alternative to OHIP-insured services. If this doesn't meet your needs, we recommend consulting your primary healthcare provider.

Laboratory tests and diagnostics ordered by our nurse practitioners are covered under OHIP.

Please be aware that if your health concern requires in-person assessment, a virtual appointment cannot be substituted for your safety.

HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

Click the link and you’ll be redirected to the booking page through our electronic medical software where you will create your account and request a booking in a few steps.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK?

After you book your appointment, you’ll receive confirmation of your booking. You will be sent intake forms securely through the electronic medial software for completion before your first appointment. Please return them in advance to ensure your appointment time is fully optimized.
If you have any lab results that you'd like us to review during your appointment, please email them to us in advance. Also, if you want us to obtain your medical records from your physician, please inform us, and we will assist you with the authorization process.
